Mortlake & District Soldier Settler Reunion

In recognition of your family's contribution to the Mortlake & District community, the Mortlake RSL would like to invite all and any members of the families of the district's soldier settlers to march with them down Dunlop Street on ANZAC Day this year.
After a remembrance ceremony, morning tea will be served at the Soldiers Memorial Hall. This is a great opportunity to reunite with friends and family and pay our respect to the returned soldiers.
Mortlake District had the highest number of soldier settlements in Australia. There were 248 holdings created from a total of 157,767 acres out of 29 estates. The RSL Hall will be open for an exhibition.”
